This WP aims at defining national guidelines for supporting policy makers to define more suited and sustainable participative process and governance for disaster risk reduction policies and enhancing community resilience. Starting from a critical review of innovative methods, and from stakeholder’s involvement, a methodology for implementing a people-centered EWS, a methodology for civil protection planning with participatory approach and guidelines a new approach to the integrated planning strategies based on co-design for DRR e CCA policies will be implemented and tested. The guidelines will focus on the definition of the elements useful for enhancing the cohesion and activation of solidarity practices of the communities that represent a part of territorial resilience.
